01
Initial Contact
Following your initial request for a quote or information, we will reach out by email to let you know we will be in touch and the number you can expect to receive a call from.
02
Estimate Call
We conduct our estimates once per week. We call you on our estimate day. If we can’t reach you, we’ll do a visual assessment but won’t step on your property.
03
Quote Delivery
We will email you the quote with a link to access it. Follow-up calls are made if we require further information.Â
*When providing estimates, we consider several factors: proximity to fences, houses, sheds, concrete structures, and overall accessibility. The danger level of the job also plays a crucial role in our assessment.
04
Approval
We will await an email, call, or text from you with your approval on our quote.
05
Scheduling
We will give you 24-hour notice before coming to do the work. Emergency jobs and insurance claims are prioritized, as well as dangerous jobs.Â
*Client Consideration: We take your timelines into consideration based on your needs. During peak season, you can expect a 2 to 3 week wait, as our services are in high demand. Also understand that adverse weather can cause delays
